Very friendly and welcoming! We had a pleasant experience here. They are prompt and thorough, and give very clear explanations related to our care. Was initally nervous but felt at ease. I've been to a few other local clinics in Dundas but Royal East is superior! They have a spirit of excellence and it is obvious they care about their patients. Highly recommended.

Royal East Dental has been a great office in the short time I've been going there. Being one who was always anxious about the dentist office, the staff at Royal East have been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are always friendly, very calming and gentle with anxious patients, and always helpful in going over any concerns with you. The energy at the office is great and so welcoming and I would recommend coming here to anyone, especially those who are nervous about the dentist.

Had a regular cleaning and chekup with hygenist azra and doctor shelly and the service was just commendable with attention to detail and most polite and friendly doctors I have ever met. 100% recommended.

I have had the best experience so far. When I called for an initial consult the front desk staff Ludi was so amazing. Very professional, got me in right away, offered reminders of my appointment and even went above and beyond to call my insurance and make sure I had coverage. She was so kind and welcoming when I got there. The dental assistants were amazing and so kind with me since I was nervous. The dental hygienist Nicole did the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She got all of the stains off of my lower teeth from years of drinking coffee! 10/10 recommend this place especially if you’re nervous at the dentist!

I went to Royal east dental today on may 3rd. The experience was actually good. I know lots of times when you go to the dentist it isn’t a pleasant experience. This was not that. They made it easy from me showing up to my leaving. I have benefits, so they direct bill. That is super convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing experience here! The staffs are all very friendly and kind. I appreciate Dr. Shelly so much since she gave me professional services and good prices that kept me from bankruptcy as I don’t have an insurance.
